Baby Blacktip Shark Chops in Butter-Lemon Sauce
Served with Pan-fried Potato Cubes

Blacktip Shark Chops
- 1 blacktip shark (2-3 lb) skinned, bone in, cut in chops
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup white wine
- Juice of a whole lemon
- 1 cup sliced mushroom
- ½ cup sliced scallions
- 1 tsp chopped red pepperochini
- 1 clove of garlic chopped
- Pinch of salt, pepper and blackened seasoning
Pan-fried Potato Cubes
- 4 potatoes pealed and cubed
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 oz chopped parsley
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp butter
- Pinch of salt and pepper
