Finding it's start at Cru Restaurant (Ft Myers, Florida) in 2004, the Volcano Spring Roll was born. Huge fan-fare became common place as many visited to taste the unique creation.

Seeing a desire and market for our creation this gave rise to Food Nerds, the parent company that produces the Volcano Spring Roll.
