Jennifer Cave-Smith, MS, SPHR is a skilled facilitator with over 15 years experience in training and human resources.  Jennifer has extensive experience in developing and delivering internal professional development programs in the hospitality, homebuilding, and manufacturing industries.  As a certified trainer for NetSpeed Leadership, Franklin Covey, Partners in Leadership, and the American Red Cross, she has facilitated numerous workshops in guest service, supervisory skills, leadership and management development, behavioral interviewing, safety, communication, and team building.   

Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has served on the boards of both the Southwest Florida chapters of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and ASTD (American Society for Training and Development).
