The Steak Menu will be Strictly a la carte, and it will also include Thick Rib Veal Chops from Special Fed Nature Calves, The Finast Rib Lamb Chops from Colorado Lamb. Fresh Swordfish Steaks and Fresh Tuna Steaks.

Bella Luna’s Penne Alla Vodka
¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Pats of Butter
½ Small Onion—diced
4 Leaves Fresh Basil
Grated Reggiano
1 Cup Tomato Sauce (No meat)
¼ Cup Diced Prosciutto
1 Cup Heavy Cream
½ oz. Vodka
1 lb Penne Pasta (pre boiled)
Directions:
Sauté onion in oil. Add Butter, prosciutto then simmer for 2 minutes. Next, add sauce, cream, ½ Basil, 2 Tbs. Parmigiano.
Add Penne, give it a good stir and serve. Finish off with Basil and Reggiano.
