S.P.A.Y.- L.E.E.,Inc.(Society to Protect Animal Young - Legislation, Education, and Enforcement)  is a non profit all volunteer organization.  Purpose: provide information to the public on low cost pet sterilizations, help to obtain low cost pet sterilization, assist in maintaining the health of needy pets, work for animal welfare, shelter animals when possible, adopt pets into appropriate homes, work with breed rescue organizations, and prevent cruelty to animals.
