Dr. Pepper’s 125th anniversary


Vampires… werewolves… seem they never go out of style!  The infamous creatures of horror have been intriguing and terrifying us for centuries!  Many film critics have stated the moment David Naughton’s character in American Werewolf in London transformed himself from human to werewolf has to be one of the most visually amazing effects ever.  With the vampire craze going on right now, it’s obvious generation after generation gets drawn into this kind of entertainment and what better time than now to talk to the star of this iconic movie!
 
Actor David Naughton has been involved in many iconic projects.  Perhaps best known for starring in the 1981 film An American Werewolf in London, Naughton first became recognizable as the “Dr Pepper guy” in the brand’s “I’m a Pepper” TV commercials.  Naughton will be available to kick off Dr Pepper’s 125th anniversary.  Additionaly, Naughton is one of the Top 25 Ad Icons of All Time and helped make the Dr Pepper “I’m a Pepper” jingle one of the Top 10 Ad Jingles of all Time!  Even if you were too young to see its debut in the late seventies, thanks to pop culture references and the increasing popularity of vintage T-shirts, actor David Naughton’s voice and the jingle’s words are familiar to all:
