Rosalie Serving Cookbooks, Inc. has published two cookbooks: Rosalie Serving Italian Cookbook and Rosalie Serving Country Cookbook. Both books contain easy to prepare recipes with teaching hints and promotes family values along with Rosalie's view that, "Food is a bridge to relationships."
Rosalie Fiorino Harpole is enjoys teaching cooking classes and speaking on family values centered around family meals. She teaches at various cooking schools in and around Missouri and Illinois.
