The Gulf Coast Humane Society Now on Sale -- FOREVER HOME: The 2011/2012 GCHS Shelter Pet Calendar – 16 months of Unconditional Love! Featuring 16 of the most adorable current and former GCHS Shelter Pets representing Sept. 2011 through Dec. 2012. Calendars are now on sale at the GCHS Adoption Center & Veterinary Clinic, and can also be charged over the phone at 239-332-0364 ext. 304, and available on our website www.gulfcoasthumanesociety.org. Calendars are only $15, and 100% of the proceeds benefit the mission of the Gulf Coast Humane Society to rescue, care for, and find forever homes for more than 1,000 abandoned and neglected animals in SW Florida every single year. The Gulf Coast Humane Society takes in more than 1,200 animals each year in need of compassionate care. For more than 60 years, the Gulf Coast Humane Society has provided humane care for surrendered animals in Southwest Florida by providing safe refuge, quality medical care, and facilitating adoption into a loving, forever home. The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private 501(c)(3) not-for-profit animal welfare organization that receives no federal, state, or county funding and no funding from the Humane Society of the United States, and relies solely on donations, grants, bequests and fundraising events to further its mission of caring for the unwanted, neglected and abandoned animals of southwest Florida. GCHS is a no-kill shelter and does not euthanize any animal for lack of space or length of time that they are in our care.
